Pro Football’s NFL – The Largest American Pro Football League Has Significant Rivalries
The National Football League or the NFL is the biggest Professional football league in the United States. The NFL has thirty-two teams That Are based in a variety of Cities across the Country. Originally known as the American Professional Football Association When it Was formed in 1920, the Association assumed the Name “National Football League” in 1922.
At First, the Most popular Way People enjoyed their football was by watching their Favorite college Team Play But the focus of the country changed in 1958. That NFL Game went Into overtime and captured a Number of New fans Who found that they enjoyed the professional football league Just as much as if Not More Than their college football teams. Due to the rising popularity of professional football, the NFL merged with the American Football League in the 1960′s to form What is now the National Football League.
Over the Years, some Friendly and some not-so-friendly rivalries Have come About due to a number of circumstances. These rivalries Can be categorized into Three separate groups. The first is the ‘intradivisional’, which is a rivalry between teams in the same NFL division. The Second is interdivisional, which is a rivalry between teams in the Different divisions but in the same conference. The Third is the ‘interconference’, which is a rivalry between teams in different conferences. Many times fans Will hear sportscasters refer to team rivalries as “divisional rivals”, “division Rival” or “conference rival” instead of including the appropriate prefix.
For example, in the AFC North, There is a rivalry between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns based on the when the team’s Owner, Art Modell, moved the Cleveland Browns franchise to Baltimore. Fortunately for Cleveland Browns fans, the “Dawg Pound” and Its Colors remained in Cleveland. The Cleveland Browns were reactivated as a NFL team in 1999. The “Dawg Pound” fans waited for their Revenge and got a taste in 2001 when the Browns Won Against the Ravens after Only Four games.
Another Famous rivalry began in the AFC East when the Buffalo Bills owner, Ralph Wilson, wasn’t allowed to base an AFL team in Miami and went on to establish the Buffalo Bills as a charter member of the AFL. The Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins have maintained a rivalry based on This History since 1967. Belotti recently opened the first YELLOW DAWG STRIPING Franchise in Connecticut. YELLOW DAWG is the pavement marking affiliate of Black DAWG SEALCOAT, a national pavement Maintenance franchise with 11 locations in Seven states. YELLOW DAWG uses state-of-the-art equipment to apply environmentally-friendly traffic paints.
“YELLOW DAWG has a Three For Free program Where we donate Our parking Lot striping services to three different local non-profits and worthy causes. It’s One way we’re able to Give Back to our community. Without realizing it, I kind of did four this Year”, Belotti laughed.
Belotti’s YELLOW DAWG striped the parking lots of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department (Stations 1 and 2), St. Margaret Mary’s Church in Shelton and St. Michael’s Post 1562 Catholic War Veterans in Derby.
In a Press release, Christopher Krize, President of the Monroe Fire Department said, “On behalf of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department I would Like to say thank You for striping our parking lot at Monroe Station #1. The Work is of Superb Quality and has received many compliments. It’s not very often such a nice Thing is done for us at no cost. The Department thanks you for Your Time and Hard work.”
Father Thomas Whalen of St. Margaret Mary’s offered, “The Bright, clearly marked lines not only provide us with more Room, Better utilizing our Space, but they’ve Made our Sundays and Holy Days considerably easier and safer for everyone. We are very pleased. It was a Big gift From Andy.”
When asked about the impact of this work for these organizations Belotti said, “People Don’t realize How important parking lot lines are. They just sort of take them for granted. A properly striped lot not only keeps traffic flowing smoothly and increases safety, it Looks good, too. Some charities just don’t have the funds for this important low cost service and this helps Make everyone safer. I like being a Part of that.”

Before You Give Your Dog That Toy by Jay Jacovitz
It is not Unusual for a dog to treat an Item as a toy that can have Dangerous consequences. Things that are often the most attractive to dogs are very often things that are the most dangerous at Worst or inappropriate.
Dog-Proof As You Would Child-Proof
Similarly necessary as for a small child, you should dog-proof your Home and check for the Trouble before it happens. Secure window treatment cords and electrical wire. Check for Childrenâs Toys that the dog might claim, things that can cause choking such as pantyhose, string, rubber bands, ribbon, and anything else that could be ingested. Also be alert to balls that are too small and other small toys can be easily swallowed or become lodged in your dogâs mouth or throat.
Is It Safe?
Any toy your dog currently uses should be dog safe or at least dog-proofed; remove ribbons, strings, Eyes or other small parts that could be separated by tugging, pulling and chewing and then ingested.
Problem fillings to look Out for include but May not be Limited to things like nutshells, polystyrene, beads and basically everything else that is not truly digestible.
Toys that contain âsqueakersâ buried in their Center may be cute in the beginning; however it could represent a serious emergency if the dog has the inclination to Tear and chew, and ends up ingesting the small part that squeaks. Any toy that starts to break into pieces should be discarded.
Donât Just Select Anything
Before selecting toys for your dog, take your canine companionâs Size, activity level, and personality into consideration for your decision; however donât be disappointed if your selection of toy is not a big hit with your dog. There is Never a guarantee that the dog will be enthusiastic about your pick.
Soft stuffed toys are a good choice for the appropriate size or temperament, but are not appropriate for all dogs. For small and medium size dogs that are happy to just carry the soft toy as a comfort possession requires less consideration than selecting for dogs that want to âKillâ the toy, where in addition to durable the toy should be the size of the âPreyâ the dog would instinctively Hunt.
For reasons that are obvious concerning hygiene, a soft toy should be able to be Machine washed for sanitizing as often as needed.
Active And Interactive
Many of your dogâs toys should be interactive. Interactive play is very important for your dog because exercise is a vital component to good health and longevity along with socialization that helps them learn appropriate and inappropriate behavior with people and other Animals.
Interactive toys encourage exercise with activities the dog finds stimulating and enjoys — games of catch, fetch, and for balanced dogs tug and pull games along with Long Walks, jogging, swimming and biking.
