Driver Ball Position
PurePoint Golf Instruction – Driver Ball Position – Driver Golf Swing
I often See a Number of amateurs prepare for their driver golf swing by walking up, after they Have teed the ball up, they Just take a step Back and they address it. They grip the golf Club and they address it, and they sort of just plot their feet down wherever they Land, But let me Tell You the proper Way.
This way you’ll be able to Get the ball in the correct position More often Than Not. After you have the golf ball and you’ve gripped it and you have addressed it, then you’ll just look down, take a peek down, and if this golf ball is running towards the left heel, then this is correct.
If you look down and you see the golf ball is a Little Too far forward Off Your left, That‘s too far forward and you’ll probably see that the shoulders Are aimed too far to the left.
On the Other Hand, if you look back down and you think the ball is too far back in your stance When you put this shaft along you, you’ll be aiming way off to the Right.
So, after you’ve addressed the golf ball, All you have to do to get ready for your driver golf swing is bring the shaft up and lay it along your shoulder Line, and it should be going in the direction you want to go with it.
If you get it too far back in your stance at address, you’ll wind up aiming your shoulders too far off to the right.
And if you get it off the left heel, this should be proper for Most People.
Give that a try the next Time Out.

Los Angeles: A Top Notch Destination for Live Theatre by Christopher Cartre
The Los There is always something to do in Los Angeles! Particularly when it comes to live theater. Sometimes overshadowed by the perception of Hollywood and the Movie industry, it is important to note that Los Angeles has one of the most vibrant and intimate theater scene not only in the nation but in the World. Some New Yorkers or Londoners might scoff at the this statement, but the Fact remains if you are looking to take in culturally fulfilling theatre, look no further than LA. Reputable, avant-garde and Brand new live theatre production companies, troupes and organizations have been gracing the LA landscape for many years and Will continue to do for many years to come making Los Angeles one of the most culturally Rich destination for performing arts in the world. This is confirmed yearly by the Ovation Awards, the only peer-judged theatre awards in Los Angeles. This is the Highest-profile contest in local theater and highlights outstanding achievement in this arena.
Due to the sheer magnitude of Los Angeles and the number of production companies, it would be Impossible to mention all of them, however, Here are few notable theatre companies to always keep an Eye on.
Having Won numerous awards and recognition, Pasadena Playhouse is certainly not to be overlooked and is Under the guidance of Artistic Director Sheldon Epps, whose commitment to cultural and theatrical diversity brings vitality and direction to the theatre. This commitment is reflected in seasons featuring Tony and Pulitzer award-winning plays as Well as in outreach and artistic programs, which have doubled in Size in the Last two years. A recent article in the American Theatre Magazine states “…The Playhouse…is thriving artistically, with a multicultural and youthful audience any theatre would envy. In the [recent] past, a Sold-out production of Fences Starring Laurence Fishburne and Angela Bassett and directed by Epps won rave reviews throughout Southern California, while a Premiere co-production (with Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre) of SISTER ACT: The Musical, and a rewritten revival of Cole Porter’s Can-Can, broke box-office records. Meanwhile, the director’s ongoing “Legacy of artistic and theatrical diversity” won Him and the Playhouse a $125,000 James Irvine Foundation Leadership Award this past July [2007].”
Another cornerstone in the Los Angeles theatre scene is the The Colony Theatre in Burbank. The Colony recently won the Ovation Award for Best Play in a Larger Theatre for the Second Year in a row, beating out such competition as The Ahmanson Theatre and The Taper. In 2002, The Colony won the top honor for its production of The Laramie Project, and in 2003 the award went to Toys in the Attic. The Encyclopedia Britannica Almanac has listed The Colony as one of the â25 Notable US Theatersâ for 2 years in a row. And The Colony has been named âBest in Burbankâ for Three years in a row. The Colony produces plays in all genres: contemporary and classical, comedy and drama, intimate and spectacle, and is well-known for its World and West Coast premieres and ambitious musical presentations. To date, The Colony has won numerous awards, including 13 Theatre LA Ovation, 18 L.A. Drama Critics Circle, and over 100 Drama-Logue and LA Weekly awards.

# Zero with a Bullet $13.98 David Dondero? s seventh studio album doesn? t pull any punches when it comes to painting a proper picture of the trials and tribulations of the modern troubadour. The title alone, # Zero with a Bullet, leaves little to the imagination as to where Dondero sees himself in the ? business,? but like his biggest influence, Townes Van Zandt, the Duluth, MN native? s knack for crafting anguished, poetic, wickedly funny, country-blues songs of near constant quality seems destined to find some kind of mainstream success one of these days, or not. Dondero seems more content with his place on the road this time around, and there are moments of great wit and wildness on #Zero with a Bullet that suggest a newfound comfort with his cult status. Opener ? Jesus from 12 to 6? offers up a dutifully fiery backbeat to complement the story of a homeless man? s, schizophrenic religious fervor, the Guthrie-esque, banjo-led ? Job Boss? follows a workplace revolt, and the self-deprecating title cut follows an effortless in-the-pocket groove that will be sure to make it onto at least a few 2010 year? s-best singles lists. As with any Dondero offering, there are plenty of characters (girls that were ? meaner than an acre full of snakes,? queens on bikes, and broken men finding redemption on the streets of Laramie, WY), but the character that always speaks the loudest is Dondero himself, and with each new collection of songs, and each desperate, quavering vowel and consonant, he sinks his hands deeper into the highway cement, leaving his mark and moving on to the next town with his head held high. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi |
